Sitting here on a cold winter day, I was going through some pictures and recaptured a few fond memories of a warm fall day with the family at Mount Baldy. Mount Baldy is located in the Indiana Dunes National Seashore park. Traveling north through the flat cornfields of midwest Indiana, it is quite a sight when you are confronted with the 126-foot sand dune overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan.
For our family, trips like these are always a reminder that life is meant to be lived together, looking for adventure around every corner. The next time you are in northern Indiana, get off the interstate and spend a few minutes at Mount Baldy! You’ll never forget the name! 🙂
